- 【Job Responsibilities】
- 1. Provide after-sales training, on-site dealers coaching on various after-sales topics.
- 2. Develop after-sales training&coaching materials including presentation, tools and report.
- 3. Target trainees include all after-sales positions like service manager, CRE/CRA, JC, SA etc.
- 【Job requirements】
- 3+ years experience in automobile dealers service department or OEM after-sales department. Service manager experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and be good at presentation material development. Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Hard working, team spirit and flexible to travel nationwide.
