- 【Job Responsibilities】
- 1. Complete the department sales indicators according to the marketing plan;
- 2. Develop new markets, develop new customers, and expand product sales scale;
- 3. Responsible for the collection of market information and analysis of competitors;
- 4. Responsible for the formulation of marketing plans and commission allocations, as well as the planning and execution of sales activities in the sales area to accomplish sales tasks;
- 5. Manage and maintain customer relationships and long-term strategic cooperation plans with customers;
- 6. Develop new key customer projects, be responsible for the regional sales of special vehicles, and achieve sales targets according to the company's sales strategy;
- 7. Build the marketing and sales team and improve subordinates’ working skills.
- 【Job requirements】
- 1. College degree or above, marketing, machinery or other related majors;
- 2. 8+ years of sales manager experience in special vehicle industry;
- 3. Excellent customer resource development ability and excellent sales performance;
- 4.Strong market analysis, marketing, promotion ability, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills and good ability to analyze and solve problems;
- 5. Strong enterprise;
- 6. Sales experience of special vehicles such as sanitation vehicles, wreckers and snow clearers;
- 7. Can accept frequent business trips.
