- 【Job Responsibilities】
- 1. Project feasibility assessment, management of the product development process to ensure that the project enters mass production on time and within budget;
- 2. Responsible for preparing project plans, rationally scheduling resources, controlling project costs, and advancing implementation as planned;
- 3. Host project meetings, update project progress status, promote team communication, coordinate conflicts, and promote analysis and resolution of project-related issues;
- 4.Organize project-related milestone activities, collect project information and archive according to company process rules; identify project risks and pay attention to the situation on a higher level timely;
- 5.As a window between the project team and external customer/supplier, coordinate communication and promote the processing of related issues.
- 【Job requirements】
- 1. Academic and working background requirements:
- 1) Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical, electronic, and physical industrial engineering is preferred;
- 2) 6+ years of work experience, experience with in-vehicle products or cross-functional project management is preferred;
- 3) Familiar with LCM products and understand LCM development and production process;
- 4) Experience in analyzing and solving problems;
- 5) PMP certification is preferred;
- 6) Basic knowledge and understanding of hazardous substances, like QC080000, etc.
- 2. Comprehensive requirements:
- 1) Clear thinking, strong expression and communication skills;
- 2) Active, and responsible;
- 3) Good emotion management skills;
- 4) Good oral and written English/Japanese .
