- 【Job Responsibilities】
- 1. Development of flexible OLED display technology, including improvement of panel bending performance and reliability;
- 2. Development of OLED panel based on LTPS, including panel design, circuit simulation, DOE verification and evaluation;
- 3. Read and analyze relevant technical papers and patent documents, benchmarking relevant technical level;
- 4. Research and design verification work of other new display related projects.
- 【Job requirements】
- 1. Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering, 211/985 background is preferred, microelectronics related majors are preferred;
- 2. Experience in flat panel display technology development, experience in Micro-LED and OLED panel design is a plus;
- 3. Good analytical and problem solving skills, and be good at cross-department communication;
- 4. Strong ability of independent learning and innovation.
