- 【Job Responsibilities】
- 1. Product management: Formulate new product development plans, approve professional design plans, and ensure product competitiveness. Issue final decision opinions on professional issues;
- 2. Technology management: Grasp industry trends and develop mid- and long-term technical plans and organize implementation around product competitiveness. Formulate industrialization application plans for new technological achievements;
- 3. Standards management: Formulate external technical standards led by the company, and approve corporate technical standards such as professional design specifications, part creation and design selection specifications;
- 4. Capability management: Formulate professional competence standards;
- 5. Industrial planning: carry out feasibility studies in combination with national policies and market conditions, and provide companies with new industrial planning recommendations;
- 6. Process management: Custom product process platform planning and capacity planning plan. Approve new product process goals and implementation plans.
- 【Job requirements】
- 1. 30-40 years old, bachelor degree or above, graduated from 985/211 colleges, automation and other related majors are preferred;
- 2. More than 8 years of experience in general layout of electrical appliances, preferably with one or two new models of forward development experience;
- 3. Professional supervisors and above positions; 5 or more direct management personnel;
- 4. Work experience in joint venture OEMs is preferred;
- 5. Master relevant national standards and enterprise standards;
- 6. Master related processes such as new product development, order processing, test verification and engineering changes;
- 7. Understand the structure, material performance and production and assembly process of electrical assemblies and parts;
- 8. Understand the technical development status of the truck industry cab, and have the ability to judge the future trend of the cab;
- 9, proficient in CAD, CATIA, SAP and other tools, proficient in VOC methods;
- 10. Proficient in analyzing and solving problems (A3, 8D).
